ABRYVA™ is in pre-launch development. This website is not accepting orders. The order, payment, shipping, and returns provisions below describe the existing ABRYVA™ terms for future sales and should be reviewed before checkout is enabled.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ABRYVA™ website and your purchase of ABRYVA™ products from BKD Ventures, LLC, doing business as BKD Supply Company (“ABRYVA™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, placing an order, or otherwise using ABRYVA™ services, you agree to these Terms and the ABRYVA™ Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, business practices, or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, interfere with, or compromise the website or its security, or that violates applicable law.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display ABRYVA™ products accurately. Product images, colors, dimensions, packaging, and other details may vary slightly depending on screen settings, manufacturing changes, or production batches. We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or product-description errors before or after an order is placed, subject to applicable law.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed during the ordering process as required. Payment is processed through the payment methods and third-party payment processors made available at checkout. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

7. Shipping and Delivery

ABRYVA™ currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is planned for the future. Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be presented during checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as guaranteed. If an unexpected shipping delay occurs, we will provide notices or options required by applicable law.

8. Returns and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

ABRYVA™ offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from delivery—no questions asked. To begin a return, contact ABRYVA™ customer support and provide your order information. Unless a product arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any required refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact ABRYVA™ customer support as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs or other information to document the issue and determine the appropriate remedy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

10. Customs and Travel Disclaimer

ABRYVA™ products are organizational and recordkeeping tools. They are not legal, tax, customs, immigration, financial, or professional advice. ABRYVA™ does not replace official customs forms, government instructions, laws, regulations, declarations, or requirements. Travelers are responsible for accurately declaring purchases and complying with the laws and requirements applicable to their trip and return destination. ABRYVA™ does not guarantee customs clearance, duty treatment, eligibility, or any particular decision by a customs or border authority.

11. Intellectual Property

The ABRYVA™ name, trademarks, logos, product designs, written content, photographs, graphics, website content, and other materials provided by ABRYVA™ are owned by BKD Ventures, LLC, its licensors, or other applicable rights holders and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit ABRYVA™ materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

12. Customer Reviews and Submissions

We welcome honest feedback, reviews, photographs, suggestions, and other content that customers choose to submit. You retain rights in content you lawfully own, but by submitting content to ABRYVA™ you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for legitimate business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law. You should not submit confidential information or content you do not have the right to share. ABRYVA™ will not use these Terms to prohibit or penalize an honest consumer review in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

ABRYVA™ does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. ABRYVA™ plans to develop additional products and services, which may include a deluxe travel planner and a companion mobile app. References to future products or features are descriptions of current plans and do not guarantee that a particular product, feature, release date, price, or service will become available.

16. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website to violate applicable law; impersonate another person or business; attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems; introduce malicious code; interfere with website operation; use automated methods to scrape or extract content without permission; or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BKD Ventures, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights through content you submit.

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law in your state or jurisdiction requires otherwise. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other non-waivable rights, disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ABRYVA™ Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and your purchases from ABRYVA™, except where a separate written agreement applies.
